Apathy is a dangerous thing. With our busy schedules, it can start out as simply not having enough time for what you care about. After a while, you forget that you haven't been able to get to those things. Then, eventually, you realize what you've missed, but decide that it's not a big deal, thinking, "I guess it wasn't that important to me." At that point, you No Longer Care. Apathy has set in.

Annual Meeting
April 15, 2008
Rocky Run Middle School
Present
Board: Kevin Corcoran, Mike Parks, David Schuetz
Management: Ernie Lightfoot
The meeting began at approximately 7:00 pm. A total of 62 homes were represented either in person or by proxy, so a quorum was present and elections were able to be held at the end of the meeting.
Once again, we've had several mailboxes knocked down by vandals. Sometime overnight between Sunday, April 6 and Monday, April 7, 5 boxes were completely knocked off their posts on Autumn Glory Way. Another box was partially damaged on Cross Meadow Place, and another box on Autumn Glory (one of the green boxes for the Brookfield homes) seems to have been damaged, though it's not clear if either of those were due to the same vandals as the 5 with significant damage.
I've restored the Board Meeting Minutes lost from the website crash for the following meetings:
Well, about two months ago the web server crashed. I'd moved it into the garage while the basement was being finished, and it just got too cold and the hard drive failed. It's taken me this long to get stuff rebuilt, and for that I apologize.
Our Annual Meeting will be held Tuesday, April 15th, at 7:00 pm at Rocky Run Middle School, in the Small Theater.
The agenda includes the latest on Tri-State Management (formerly Koger), our budget, Bond Release, and most importantly, Board Elections. Three positions on the Board of Directors will be open for election. These slots are open to anyone in the community, even renters, so if you're interested in helping improve the neighborhood, please consider running for one of the slots!
