In an effort to better serve the community, GHA has implemented support staff to better serve their clients. The GHA staff work together as a team in order to respond quickly and effectively to the communities concerns. Please contact the following staff members if you have a concern with the following:

  • Cassie Pebenito (HOA Administrative Assistant) ext. 732 – Architectural applications, dues requests, Resale Disclosure Packets
  • Jackie Droz ( HOA Accounting Representative) ext. 720 – Assessment questions, late fees, coupon books
  • Jennifer Rosa (Portfolio Manager) ext. 342 – Violations, general HOA questions, complaints or concerns, Board Meetings.

You should receive an invoice in the mail once a quarter with outstanding balance information, as well as your account number, which you should make sure is written on your check.
