Streetlight Problems

We now have just about all of our streetlights installed. All but, it appears, four (three along Walney Park Drive and one at the corner of Autumn Glory and Henry Pond).

Recently, two lights were burnt out, and we had to call them in to Dominion Virginia Power for maintenance. When we do that, we need the ID code off the light pole. To make that easier (especially since the first batch of poles were ambiguously marked), I've put up a reference page listing all the lights in the community, and each light's ID tag.

In practice, though, we should probably not call Dominion directly. Instead, call the management company (their phone number is on the Contacts page), and tell them the address of the light that's out and, if possible, its ID tag. If a light presents a danger (like if it's been knocked over and is still live), then by all means call Dominion directly, but then please also call the Management Company so they'll be able to track the issue.

Details on all of this, as well as the list of lights, are available at References -> Infrastructure -> Streetlights. It generally should take about a week or so for Dominion to get out and replace burnt-out lights, though the two that were recently out got fixed in only a couple days.
