Well, it's been a long while since I've posted much here. I've been a little busy these past nine months, with a new baby, new job, and a crazy holiday season. I'm hoping that I can do better in the future, and will be trying to put more useful information here more frequently.

There's a lot happening in the neighborhood lately: We're finally making progress on Bond Release (which means Edgemoore may finally have to fix some of the erosion and drainage problems we've had). Our Annual Meeting is in just a couple of months. Verizon is finally installing FIOS. And we're hoping to have some social events (picnic, yard sale, etc.) this summer.

So watch this space (or at least check it every few weeks), and I'll do my best to keep everyone informed on the latest happenings! (and, again, sorry it's been kind of under-updated recently :) ).
