Our Annual Meeting will be held Tuesday, April 15th, at 7:00 pm at Rocky Run Middle School, in the Small Theater.
The agenda includes the latest on Tri-State Management (formerly Koger), our budget, Bond Release, and most importantly, Board Elections. Three positions on the Board of Directors will be open for election. These slots are open to anyone in the community, even renters, so if you're interested in helping improve the neighborhood, please consider running for one of the slots!
If you cannot attend, please contact the Board or Tri-State Management for a proxy form. Last year we did not have enough residents represented in person or by proxy, and we had to extend the terms for Jim and Mike by one year to keep the Board functional.
