I've restored the Board Meeting Minutes lost from the website crash for the following meetings:

• March, April, May, July, August, October, November, and December 2006
• January, February, May, August, and September 2007

I was not at a couple of Board meetings (I recall offhand missing June of 2006 and September 2007, and probably a couple others also) so I don't have notes from those meetings. I believe I'm also missing a few that I simply don't have electronic copies of -- for those meetings I'll have to re-type them into the system so we've got them preserved here.
