HOA Board

The Board of Directors meets monthly, on the third Tuesday of each month. Meetings begin at 7:00 pm, and generally last about 2 hours. All homeowners are welcome at the meetings, though they may be asked to leave when the board is in Executive Session (when discussing individual homeowner issues such as payment delinquencies or ARC violations).

Please contact the management company if you would like to attend a meeting. They will then notify the host of the meeting (currently, they're held at the President's house) so that they'll be ready for you and can add any particular issues you have to the agenda.

  • Preserve at Wynmar Homeowners Association (HOA), run by a Board of Directors
  • Board elected by vote of homeowners at annual meeting
  • At first meeting after election, board meets and selects officers for the coming year
  • Board members serve three year terms
  • Initial board serving staggered terms: Mike (1), David and Kevin (2), Ed and Jim (3) years
