The Board of Directors meets monthly, on the third Tuesday of each month. Meetings begin at 7:00 pm, and generally last about 2 hours. All homeowners are welcome at the meetings, though they may be asked to leave when the board is in Executive Session (when discussing individual homeowner issues such as payment delinquencies or ARC violations).
Please contact the management company if you would like to attend a meeting. They will then notify the host of the meeting (currently, they're held at the President's house) so that they'll be ready for you and can add any particular issues you have to the agenda.
