Trash pickup in the community is performed by Con-Serve Industries (CSI). They prefer you to use one of their large bins, but should also pick up larger items left alongside the bin. If you need a new trash or recycling bin, contact CSI directly.

Schedule:

Trash: Tuesday and Friday
General Recycling: Wednesday
Yard Waste: Wednesday (April through December), Friday (January through March)
Special Bulk Pickup: Wednesday, by appointment

Bulk pickups should be scheduled for 10 or more bags of yard waste. All yard waste should be bagged or (for brush) bundled, and left curbside.

If you have a problem, such as a missed pickup, please call CSI directly as it will probably get the fastest response. If you have a recurring problem, such as chronically late pickups or other issues, please contact HOA Management or the Board so we can address the problem.

Please also be patient for the first pickup after holiday weekends or major weather problems, as it may take some time for all the trucks to come around.

Usually, state-owned roads are plowed by the state. However, since we haven't completed the Bond Release, the state has not yet accepted responsibility for our roads, and so won't plow our streets this winter. The Board is looking into the situation to determine whether Edgemoore will pay for snow plow services, as they've done in the past, or if we'll have to contract for it ourselves.
